How does the program generate income?
Between your stays in your condo, you may receive income by allowing us to rent it though our hotel rental service. The process is easy and simple: we take care of everything, and your income is automatically transferred to your bank account. In addition, the value of your property will increase overtime. Jacó is undergoing exceptional growth, and the outlook for its real estate market is very promising.

Fractional ownership

Together, you and family members, friends and other investors may divide equally the purchase price of the property, as well as occupation times and income on a shared condo. Shares start at $ 16,200 for one-bedroom units, and at $ 22,300 for two-bedroom units.

  • You may sell your condo or your fraction at any time without commission, and at market value.
  • You use your condo when it suits you, with a few weeks notice*.
  • Your net rental income is transferred monthly into your bank account.
  • Furniture and appliances are replaced based on their actual life cycle, with a maximum 30-year reserve on the building.

 

Eco-designed and sustainable
Costa Rica is a world leader in sustainable development, and we’ve included many eco-functionalities and features in the design and implementation of the project, such as:

  • Interior and exterior LED lighting.
  • Rain water capture, storage and filtration for laundry, irrigation, etc.
